Emergency Medicine Physician Needed This facility needs 7 days a week, various shifts covered. Client will consider any availability the physician may have. Level II ED needs various shifts covered and will consider any availability. Shifts are 10 hours and have straight double coverage with 80% adults, 20% peds, 5% OBG. OBG has coverage on site 24/7. If patient is less than 16 weeks, they will be seen in ED and then sent to OB for monitoring. Admitting physician writes admitting orders and admissions from ED are handled by admitting physician. MUST be ABEM BC with a minimum of 3 years experience post-residency. ACLS, ATLS, PALS. 25-30 patients per shift. 66,000 annual volume. Staff Care is the leader in locum tenens staffing.
